About Us
Pressure Washing America is a professional exterior cleaning company serving commercial and residential clients throughout the Houston area. We specialize in pressure washing, soft washing, parking garage cleaning, building washing, concrete cleaning, fleet washing, and other exterior maintenance services. We are looking for reliable, hardworking technicians who take pride in delivering exceptional results.
What You’ll Do
- Performing professional pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
- Operating and maintaining equipment
- Working directly with customers & Serving as an ambassador for Pressure Washing America in the community
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and detergents.
- Ensure all jobs are completed correctly and meet company standards.
- Perform pre-job and post-job equipment inspections.
- Identify additional services customers may benefit from.
- Represent Pressure Washing America professionally at all times.
- Potentially helping generate additional business through sales
What we’re looking for
- Previous pressure washing, power washing, or exterior cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Pressure Washing Experience is helpful, but not necessary. We’re looking for the right attitude and work ethic. We’ll train you on everything else..
- Sales and/or door-to-door experience is a big plus
- Experience pulling a trailer is also a major plus, as you’ll likely be
pulling our equipment trailer fairly early in the job. - We’re much more interested in work ethic, attitude and reliability than
a perfect resume. We’ll teach the right person the technical side of the job - Experience with soft washing systems.
- Knowledge of surface cleaners, reclaim systems, and hot water units.
- Experience driving trucks or towing trailers.

Recommended Hiring Criteria
For Houston, I’d recommend looking for candidates with:
- 1+ years of pressure washing experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working on commercial properties.
- Ability to work early mornings and occasional night shifts (many commercial jobs are performed off-hours).
- Experience with soft washing systems and chemical application.
